Where are the applications hosted?
By default, on GDPR-compliant infrastructure located in the European Union (Hetzner, Frankfurt). We adapt hosting to your requirements for security, data location and budget.
Can you host an application you did not build?
Yes. We audit the application and its infrastructure, then plan the migration to minimize service interruption.
How are backups handled?
Backups are automatic and regular, stored separately from the production infrastructure, and restores are tested according to a documented recovery plan.
What happens if there is an incident?
Monitoring alerts us: we respond according to the agreed service level, keep you informed, then send you an incident report.
Can the infrastructure grow with us?
