Ugitech is a tight group of senior engineers and one product designer. No sales layer, no account managers, no offshore execution teams. When you work with us, you work with the people writing the code.
Why we exist
Most IT services firms are built to scale headcount. We built Ugitech to do the opposite: keep the team small, keep the work senior, and stay close enough to the problem to care about the outcome. The model is simple. A small team of builders who know the tools, take ownership, and move fast.
What we believe
Delivery over process
Working software beats documentation. We ship prototypes in week one because feedback on real code is worth more than any specification.
Ownership, not execution
We do not execute tickets. We take responsibility for outcomes. If something is off, we raise it. If the approach is wrong, we say so.
Senior all the way down
There is no junior team doing the work while seniors manage the account. The engineer you meet is the engineer who builds.
Sovereignty by default
Every project runs on EU infrastructure. Not as an option, as a baseline. NIS2 and GDPR compliance are built in from day one.
