Do you offer a maintenance retainer?
Yes. We offer a retainer or on-demand work, depending on the service level you expect and the volume of enhancements you plan.
Can you maintain an application built by another vendor?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, the documentation and the infrastructure, then take over maintenance according to a plan agreed with you.
How are requests prioritized?
With you, based on their impact on your users: blocking defects come first, and enhancements are planned during regular reviews.
What are your response times?
They are set in your contract, based on how critical the application is and the service level you choose.
Do we get reports on the work done?
Yes. Every request is tracked from intake to delivery, and you receive a regular update on the work done and on priorities.
What do you need?
Three questions to point you to the right expertise, or a direct conversation with a consultant.
