How long does a team augmentation engagement last?
Our engagements are built to last: from a few months to several years, with regular check-ins to adjust the setup to your needs.
How quickly can an expert start?
It depends on the profile and your context. After the scoping call, we present candidates quickly. The start date then depends on your interviews and on the availability of the selected expert.
How do you select profiles?
Every profile is technically assessed by an expert in their field before being presented to you. We also check their experience and their fit with your context and your team.
Do your experts work on site or remotely?
Both. On site, hybrid or remote: the format is agreed with you during scoping, based on your organization and the nature of the engagement.
What if the profile is not the right fit?
Your Ugitech contact reviews the situation with you and with the expert. We adjust the engagement or present another profile.
